A small and determined team, with a perfectly defined purpose: to provide every costumer the best possible experience! The open kitchen invites you to make a journey through Portuguese flavors presented in a contemporary context, with the guarantee you’ll always find carefully selected products in local markets and producers. Different menus everyday, brunch for a different weekend, workshops to get your ‘hands on’ and a small gourmet store to take home a little bit of what we do here. Also, catering services customized for your special event.
He sees cooking as an act of passion and sharing, but also as a constant search for new flavors, with a very personal touch of creativity and irreverence. Graduated in Escola de Hotelaria do Estoril, he started in some renowned portuguese restaurants and worked with great Portuguese Chefs like Paulo Morais and Bertílio Gomes. Being a Chef was never a child dream, but the truth is that his path lead to the opening of Conceito Food Store with 23 years, where he continues to offer his gastronomy based on the most traditional values of Portuguese gastronomy but always with a young irreverent touch.
